Still got the "selfie" bug in I Don't Wanna Hear It.


Additionally, after meeting up with Kerry outside Riot the crowd/line of people waiting to get into the Us Cracks concert has disappeared except for the 2 NPCs and the scalper you can buy tickets from.
 
Smart firearms still (more often-than-not) show an erroneously-doubled DPS value in inventory screens (playing 1.2 on PC). I think I've also seen this showing the wrong info in crafting/upgrade screens too. It's what lead me to actually try using smart weapons before discovering that they're so very weak where it comes to damage. Screenshot below as an example.

Compare that Power pistol with the Smart pistol:
  • Power Pistol: Middle of headline damage range is 104.5
    • 104.5 × 2.51 = 262.295
    • Listed at 264.1 DPS, so we're not outside the range of hidden rounding errors
  • Smart Pistol: Middle of headline damage range is 29
    • 29 × 4.55 = 131.95
    • Listed at 267.8 DPS, the listed DPS is roughly twice the actual DPS (assuming not exact because of hidden rounding errors)
Perhaps this is intentional, with CDPR factoring in "every shot is a hit" with a smart weapon, and that "roughly half of non-homing shots miss". If that's the case that's really bad communication, surely gamers can understand that with homing rounds "every shot's a winner". Intentionally distorting the displayed stats to make the weapon look better than it is just makes the game confusing and feels like it's buggy.

Clearly, if you simply multiply the damage by fire rate, the result is not good at all.
But i see that,
If you have a perk (in dexterity) who modify the damage and crit chance. Those boost are show on the equiped weapon but not on those in your inventory. (if what i could say is clear :) )

Haha yes, there are multiple problems with the way damage is displayed. I'm only focussing on one of those here, and which I would expect is very simple to change.

Maybe that's not the bug, maybe the bug is that the damage is accidentally being halved when you shoot the weapon in the game.

Smart weapons already have a balancing nerf: They are useless against TCs. Do they also need to only do half the damage of every other weapon?
 
No, they work pretty well (except on some tyger's claw who have the smart weapon shield "tatoo") but they are less powerfull because they aiming automatically.
A smart weapon with the same damage as tech weapon will be too overpowered :D
 
Perhaps, but right now Smart Weapons feel terribly under-powered. I don't know why anybody would use them if they only do half the damage of other weapons AND they're useless against TCs. I've taught myself that as soon as I see the word "Smart" the weapon gets instantly dismantled into components, I don't even worry about reading the other stats because it's a waste of my time.
 
Not useless and very powerfull :
You can test an upgraded version of Shingen Mark V. With this LMG, you can destroy everything in few seconde :)
In "very hard", i kill Sasquatch before she lifts the panels with a good D5 Sidewinder (optic reboot->a weapon magazine in head->she's down)
No need to talk about skippy :D

And for the tyger's claw, it's not all of them, just few :)
 
I've encountered one that was in the previous patch as well. The game will prevent you from leaving messages on Jackie's phone once you complete the Fool on the Hill side quest. I've narrowed it down to the second convo you have with Misty, the one that wraps up the quest after you've collected all the tarot cards. If you try and call Jackies phone after you've spoken to her it will just ring a few times before ending the call.
I've tried calling Jackie during the quest and it works fine, so it must be once you've spoken to Misty and she gives you the dreamcatcher at the end.
 
took me a while to get my head around this bug, anytime there is fog this happens...indoors or out side, in darker areas there is more of this "edge flickering " on everything... it flickers and and leaves trails behind things like people walking...
( look at the light pole and the garbage in the dumpster)
I made a 14 second screen capture video to show it but it was too large for the server. If someone (moderator, etc...)gives me a link I'll happily send it to you to get this understood/fixed...I'm on PC and never had this until the 1.2 update......

Got one in relation to the end of the quest goodbye night city.

After the conversation with the NPCs, my car that I'd driven to the extraction point to totally bugged out, would not let me get in it.

Even after calling an alternative vehicle, reloading etc still didnt work. I had to move about 2 in game KMs away and destroy the vehicle to get the particular vehicle to work property again.

Lizzie was already fixed, but isn't retroactive on existing saves. Try dropping it and picking it up again.
 
The weapon stat cards getting invisible/flickering when fully modded is still not fixed. How is this is even Possible? it is such a gamebreaking bug, i just cant understand it. It makes the weapon inventory completely useless since i cant see the stats of any weapon. can someone please explain to me why this isnt fixed yet? I found several other threads about this since release by searching. but no comments from devs if they are even aware about this. its just embarassing and this huge bug made my loose my faith in cdpr. its just as worse as a plotstopper. hello cdpr! What are you doing?

For me, it's just my overture (full modded and silencer)
I can disable the comparaison and i see all other description ;)
 
Hi I'm new so I'm not sure if this has been addressed or if it happens to anyone else but anytime I go up to a tarot on the wall and discover it through the dialogue option, nothing is said, its just silent. Is this supposed to happen and I didn't know? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Also, just a quick thank you to everyone at CDPR for making a great vision a reality and continuing to put in patches to give everyone a chance to enjoy this experience.
 
Side quest - Sweet Dreams Stefan is missing so the mission can't be started

Cyberpyscho - Bodies Hit the Ground never completed despite doing all the objectives
Having the same issue here on Sweet Dreams Stefan is not where he suppose to be and the mission can't start.
 
Mirrored image on Gorilla Arms cyberware, noticed during "Talk with Takemura" objective at diner. Left arm is right arm mirrored.

Text is upside-down as well, given that it's supposed to be user warnings. "Synth-Skin" on index finger is positioned towards player, other text (e.g. "Gorilla Fist System" on thumb) is upside-down in comparison.

It's inconsistent sometimes, you should either have a dialogue option and the scan ability or just the scan ability, either should work.

I think it depends on the distance in between you and the tarot symbol.
