Amnesty bug.

So the Devotion part of Amnesty is that it will always trigger the Conspiracy part even if it's not used on a spying unit. That part works, it does boost the unit by those 2 points but it doesn't count toward the Trigger Conspiracy achievement.
I mean come on that achiv is already annoying enough to get considering we barely have any good conspiracy cards.

I wouldn't say that was a bug, actually. The text of the card is "Devotion: Always trigger Conspiracy ability", not "Devotion: Always trigger Conspiracy", so I read that as "always trigger the ability that conspiracy would activate", rather than "always trigger conspiracy". You would read it either way, but I think it not counting as a conspiracy trigger is more correct.

That would be some bs if it was intended. That achiv is hard enough to get as it is, no need to complicate it even further.
Plus i hate NG in all it's forms so i really detest playing it.

Yeah it's a bug. I used it on a unit that had spying on it and still didn't count toward the achiv.
