Bug. Geralt's head stuck in Ciri's body

Can someone help me with this bug? I was using console to play as Ciri, but now she has Geralt's head stuck in her, I cant load the save before it happened, it was long time ago, can someone help?

That was a part of the latest mini-patch by CDPR;

* More songs added.
* Third gender support.

It's a day 0 bug. It's an easy fix with console, just run all of those and one of them will fix your issue:

Just don't do it while you're actually playing as geralt

skacikpl one of these commands helped me remove Geralt's head, but Ciri still has his hair, do you know how to remove them?

Just run same removeitem command but with one of following as item name, keep in mind to use('itemname') syntax:

Preview Hair
Half With Tail Hairstyle
Shaved With Tail Hairstyle
Long Loose Hairstyle
Short Loose Hairstyle
Mohawk With Ponytail Hairstyle
Nilfgaardian Hairstyle

Got there after doing what OP did. Loading earlier save is not an option.
It's impossible to play the game in the Ciri episodes, no weapons or anything. Have to open console and play through as Geralt
