Bug, Triss quest issues

Hello, I have problems wanting to continue the last preparations mission, the character Triss does not give me the option to accept the mission due to a quest item the second statuette of the nobleman.

(solved, conflict with another mission of the same character, which was solved by going to the agreed place without a guide and the mission was updated and so I was able to continue.)

willion where was the guide you speak of?
i have 2 stuck triss quests. Final preperations and blindly obvious. she never gives me the option to decompress the statue.
i did find a video that said to go to a harbor and walk until a cutscene but i am not getting that. thanks for any advise
