Can anyone help me with restarting the quest "Without a Trace" with debug console?

I realized my mistake with this quest today, after doing two main HoS quests and I want to complete it fully.

I've looked through this file (https://www98.zippyshare.com/v/xFRZKlPN/file.html) and found that the quest ID is 'mq6002_cannibals'.

I also searched and apparently there is an addfact Restart function, but I'm not sure which command line will actually restart the quest, or change the outcome. I'm going to keep looking through the file, but if anyone who knows more than me could help me out I would appreciate it
