Can my Alienware M18X run this?

Im stuck with my M18X because of a lack of funds to invest into a new computer, so I can't upgrade to a super mega supercomputer to play Witcher 3. Can my M18X even run Witcher 3? I could run Witcher 2 on High settings at 1920x1080.

2.7-GHz Intel Core i7-3820QM
Card Dual Nvidia GeForce GTX 680M
16 GB RAM

Not sure what frame rate to expect, or whether there will be thermal problems, but High should be workable; the mobile 680M is between the desktop 660 and 670. Everything else is super.

But he has two 680Ms no? with that you might be able to play high at 60 and maybe even ultra without hairworks.
