No it means that when you move your coat moves along like a real coat would. And there is pretty good tech called Apex that CCP uses in EVE that is based around nvidia physx. But many people use amd/ati in their rig and I don't want them to be locked out of that because clothing physics really add to the feel.
There's no such thing as a bulletproof bikini because it'd need to extend out some sort of force field to stop any bullet - and that's just stupid.

Personally I'd be surprised not to see the CP2020 brands and styles in the game.

do a search for Cyberpunk or Cyberpunk fashion on Tumbler or Pinterests most of that stuff should be a option

CD Projekt Red should take a page from Cryptic Studios' book and make the characters extremely customisable. Cyberpunk is "Form over Substance" afterall.
I actually never really perceived Cyberpunk to be style over substance. A ton of style, sure, but not over substance.
