Witcher 3.0 Next Gen Update - Fast Travel Point Crow's Perch

Hi there,

when the NextGen Update was anonounced in the media, they said there'd be a new fast travel point inside Crow's Perch.

I'm playing the update on PC (and it's running quite smoothly), but the extra described above doesn't show. Is there a reason for that?

For me, if I remember, the TP point appeared only after completing Bloody Baron quest line
