After downloading the game again, I opened up my own world of 《The Witcher : Wild Hunt》, but in the quest related to Ciri, I needed to kill the petrified lizard with the Baron. Sadly, yes it's possible and even, most likely
There are good chances that the issue will remain as long as you use/keep playing from your "modded" save.

No idea, it can be very hard to figure out...
Using mods may lead to unexpected, unrelated incorrect behavior of the game and their effects may be kept in save files. It can also be two/few mods together (each one separatly don't cause any issue, but activated together will break somehting in the game).

If you have a (very) good knowledge of coding/modding, maybe. Personally I don't and I don't know why but I think you do not either
