VERSION 4.04 PC/GOG (CLEAN WITH NO MODS)
1 - Merchant at Devil's Pit added with v4.0 can't be interacted with.
2 - Blacksmith from Belgard Vineyard disappears after finishing the quest "Wine Wars".
3 - Audio from Vampires, Cyclopes, Cockatrices and Archespores is WAY too loud.
4 - There is a floating sawblade at the back side of Rosemary and Thyme/Chameleon. (Possibly a construction prop forgotten to be removed after finishing the mission "Cabaret" where the establishment is undergoing construction)
5 - You can't fast travel to or from Tor Gvalch'ca even after finishing the main story.
6 - Sometimes volumetric clouds in Skellige disappear and re-appear rapidly causing them to look like they are flickering. (Tested with both Raytracing on and off)
7 - Shadows disappear and re-appear constantly from the east side of Hierarch Square entrance, the same area where Geralt confronts the preacher in the " Flame of Hatred " quest. (Tested without Raytraced Shadows)
8 - Sometimes Hattori is holding a sword with a hammer inside it.
9 - Sometimes Aard both in normal and alternative mode doesn't affect enemies or there is a delay. (More likely to happen when there are a lot of enemies on screen, Nekkers, Wolves etc)
10 - FXAA in the settings doesn't work at all. (It's exactly the same as no AA, maybe it's turned off by default in the Nvidia drivers?)
11 - After killing Fiends and Chorts, their dead bodies are very glitchy and they can sometimes move by themselves for a very long distance.
12 - TAAU is making some grass blurry and rain drops much less visible like it's not raining as much and it's more noticeable with the default far away camera for some reason. (At least at 1080p resolution)
13 - A lot of items in the game have mismatched inventory icons than actual models. A few examples would be the starting steel and silver witcher swords, viper silver sword (white orchard version), ursine silver sword, longclaw, temerian poniard (crafted), witch slayer (crafted), witch hunter sword (crafted), skellige gambeson, some horse saddles and saddlebags, and many more.
