Who's the old woman in the far left, with the food? Someone said Grandma from TW1, but was she really that important?

She could be any of the old women, as they all use the same model. I'd guess that Vaska, the old dear from the swamp, is the most important.

I think she is the old women when you first go see shanni in witcher 1, that she try to stop you to see shanni, she wears same outfit.
