FSR is broken too??

Hi all, first I want to say sorry for my english, i'm not native.
My question is, is FSR broken too? I mean, is so horrible how the game looks with FSR2 Quality, never saw this before on others games. Sparkles, inventory menu, i play it at 2k all ultra and it seems like my resolution is 720p.
Hope is a bug and it will be solved soon. I put here some screenshots to show what i mean.

I've noticed some issues with FSR as well, mostly in the character screen and on those minimaps.

Blood particles and water reflections look a bit weird too.

I also get several glitches with fsr in 6750xt.
Like this weird blue flicker in the candles.
