Gwent old friends zoltan location after main quest

Ok, so I did the main quest first (it's finished), and then am trying to do all sidequests.

But I can't seem to locate zoltan anymore. He's not at dandelion's inn? Neither is dandelion btw.
And talking to roche or thaler doesn't start the quest...

I have no idea how to start this quest anyone know this? Or am i screwed?

Once the main quest is finished most main characters disappear from the world, because the post-game isn't a continuation of the story, it's merely an opportunity to finish any left over side quests and contracts, so there technically isnt a need for them to be in the world. The game intends for you to do all side quests as you go along, especially gwent as many opponents can die in side quests and main quests, you're stuck now as Zoltan has vanished from the game for good now.
