There are exotics but DNA's things aren't a part of that world (hense, why would you need Cyberware if you could work your DNA to be a living god?)
Do they have a "fire and forget" feature? How do i "reload" them?
Is it expensive? What about different "ammo" types?
The nano-tech involved is not advanced enough for a true homing system, I don't think. Some basic aim assist and tracking, but people will still need to pay attention...or risk...compromising...their...situation.
