I am trying to get black pear dust to make runes but they cost like 300 Crowns per jar of black dust. I am level 20 and money is still scarce, so buying a bunch for 300 each is crazy. All the internet sites that people asked the same question all tell us about getting sea shells and using them to get black pears and make dust and money but people exploited that and now the company removed all seashell vendors in Novigrad. Is there any way to get seashells now that they have removed all seashell vendors from Novigrad?
