[Mod Request] more realistic monsters living environment

If I'm correct, monsters in game spawn always in the same places. What do you think about spawn after some time new different enemies in place enemies which we killed? It is possible?

I mean, when we kill bandits, their bodies should lure monsters, or when we kill for eg. nekkers in some place, then different monsters should settle their territory, and when we return to this place, we should find for eg. ghouls...
 
Actually when you killed bandits there's already some instances where necrophages will take their place, same goes with the place of guarded treasures, some lower monster will occasionally take place of the guardian.
But in the end, monsters tends to spawn in their natural habitat (drowners flogets near water, ghouls near corpses, wollves in forest etc) they won't create a nest or affect their environnement the second time around tho.
As for npcs most are actually going to their home at night (you can still trade with some of them), especially in Novigrad, but all quest related one are indeed stuck in their working station (except the bugged dude in kear trodle)
