When I'm trying to export ingame models into FBX, wcc_lite returns something like this:

Your exporter crashed wile working on something related to GUI :p

Maybe using -uncookext=w2mesh (or whatever is mesh format for TW3) parameter will help.
 
No, I've used this too and other parameters. This error remains if wcc_lite lauched clearly from cmd, I have tried everything :(

Looks There is something wrong with your mesh.

1. Can you try export any different mesh?
2. Do you have uncooked file?
D:\Uncooked\characters\models\main_npc\ciri\model\l_01_wa__lingerie_ciri.w2mesh
and yes how does it weight? (should be ~515 KB)

When providing log file it's easier for us when it's attached to post rather the pasting it.
 
Well, actually, I tried to export via batch file, which exports all meshes in folder (I wanted to export body_01_wa__ciri.w2mesh, not her pants, lol). Anyway, in uncooked folder I also have *.w2mesh.1.buffer files, simple *.w2mesh weights little, around 20 KB, while buffer files around 500KB. I tried to uncook with different parameters, but results are the same.

And I have another error too, with importing textures - when I import through wcc_lite, it always say !IsValidDX11Format, I've tried everything - saving in 16 bit\24 bit\32 bit TGA with\without alpha channel, JPG and even DDS.

Sorry for logs, I've now attached 2 different logs - one about texture import, and another about model export. body_01_wa__ciri.w2mesh weights 19KB, body_01_wa__ciri.w2mesh.1.buffer weights 582KB.

PS. Even with !IsValidDX11Format, I packed my textures into mod and tried to load game with it, as result, game can't load properly, loading screen stucks on 20% infinitely.

Are you sure you checking in place where this particular texture is used? Maybe it is overridden for example by some DLC.
You can attach mod here and I will check if it's generated properly.

Then is there someone who would be able of shedding some light on how do timers work?

Extending class that has timer function and adding new timer both as a new function and "AddTimer" does not seem to work if used within custom class.

Uncooked game with only -indir and -outdir, no more *.w2mesh.1.buffer files, only w2mesh (body_01_wa__ciri now weights 2.5 Mb, exported into FBX successfully, but without skeleton). Can't attach log and mod here, weight restrictions ;\ They are available here - bit. ly/1PDPhUm (delete space).

I have also started getting wcc_lite errors (and subsequent export failures)

the error being that it parses a config file, reads to line 153, in section "rendering" and fails to find " =" in entry 5. I'll upload an image of wcc_lite's output here soon, but I image this issue somehow stems from me editing my usersettings.ini file (in my documents/witcher 3/) because before I made some changes today my exports were fine (I also think it's related because in that file, line 153 is indeed within the [rendering] section, and I can't find another config file that this is the case with.) is it possible that my setting it to read-only or by using non-standard values caused these failed exports?
