Why would they do this in NG+? That's like having to use master smiths for level 11 gear. Is it meant to be this way,or is it an oversight?
Suppose it could make the game tougher...which is a good thing...but still !

Yeah ts got it wrong. Im level 51 now and I still not dont masters to make my shit.

The only things you need masters for is the gear that is called "mastercrafted".. thats it.
