People look like wax figures

Hello I have a problem with my game. The figures all look like wax figures. From time to time they look normal again for a short moment but then they look like wax figures again.

PC, so first things first: are you using any mods?

No i dont use any mods.

Now that I really think about it, the same thing sometimes happens in my game. In my case it's always caused by the game being a bit slow to load in all the details/textures (my PC is far from top-tier).

What are your PC specs? Could they be causing the issue?

My systems specs:
Gtx 1050 ti
Amd a10 5700
8gb ddr 3 ram

Looks like the CPU might be an issue (based on some online comparisons), but I'm no expert.

I think it's time to summon @SigilFey, who knows a lot more about this kind of stuff.

Yeah, the CPU seems only slightly better than the minimum requirement.
The graphic card might be able to relieve the CPU a bit but it's probably still better to play the game with lower settings...

Also GeForce Experience should be able to provide some optimized game settings for Witcher 3.
