possible quest glitch: Wandering in the Dark

Not really a tech support related problem because it still worked but a possible mission glitch.

As I was completing this quest, the part to follow her through the portal came and I walked into it, the screen went white so I think it worked but on the log page it shows I didn't go thru, so I was dissapointed I didn't get 100% on this mission. http://i.imgur.com/Hn9ZI8a.jpg

Thank you for letting us know. This is a very rare issue, not yet ever reported.

I will personaly make sure that it will get fixed as soon as possible.

This glitch isn't fixed yet. I had to reboot twice to get through. Now I'm stuck on the glitches fighting the wild hunt guy. I posted in technical area also. These glitches are getting old fast. I've killed him twice, then he regenerates, forces me against the wall, and kills me because the glitch won't let me out of that hole.
