[ps4] Many bugs (quests and graphic)

i update all patch, and i found this bug

some quests don't start, and some quests don't complete.

I don't understand italian but I finished most of the quests without any problems. I would like to help, but I don't understand the mission status...
The graphic bugs are pretty normal, I have encountered them too.

quest: master of arena: a beat troll, but the quest don't end, ask me to talk about arena problem, but i just complete this quest .

quest: obscure cheeses (latticini oscuri) i complete the quest, find the sword. now ask me to find artifact of aeramas

quest: exclamation mark (!) of druid in screenshot, he don't give me a new quest

quest: band o f novingrad: i want consider the offert of cleaver (mannaia) to find son-of-bitch but, he don't talk with me.

Those quests are know bugs, they will be fixed in the new patch hopefully
