Ps4 Vignette effect

I'm playing through the Witcher 3 for the second time on a Ps4 Pro and noticed right away there is a vignette effect on all the time. I'm really struggling to play the game with this effect and cannot see any way to disable it. It either darkens or lightens the edges of the screen as if looking through a lense.

Does anyone else struggle with this too? Also is there any chance we could get an option to disable it?

I don't know what options the PS4 version has but if there isn't a way to disable this effect, I doubt that option will be added anytime soon. After all, TW3 has been out there for a while.
