Synergy Ability - Bonus to 1 Mutagen only, or all 4?

Synergy - Increases bonus for Mutagen placed in Mutagen slot by 50%.

Does this ability gives bonus to only one Greater Mutagen placed in the slot next to this ability, or does it give bonus to all 4 slotted Greater Mutagens?

Nice! Does it matter what color each Greater Mutagen is? Doesn't have to be all Green or something, right?

I only tested using all green, but I assume it works on any type of mutagen. That's the only thing that makes sense to me anyway.
