Temerian Valuables Quest Bug. [SPOILERS]

If you dont do all three quests in order(temerian Valuables being last, the quest
gets stuck being uncomplete if you open the red box could you not just check if you are present in the same room && chests are empty then quest = complete?

I had to reload from an older save, complete the other quests in that area then end up in the house's basement

Then again, I'm not sure though if it's really the order that's causing this, or just a random hickup.

Definitely the order, I completed them in order after reloading and it worked fine
