The final trials. Lambet doesn't get on the boat.

I'm trying to do the final trial since last week and I'm stuck on this part. I've tried to reload, open other save... nothing happened. Gerald get on the boat and lambert is out of the boat. I can show the option to speak to lambet, but he just says "gerald" over and over...... and also I can't sit on the boat. I was doing this mission before, but I was killed. So I tried to up my level and try again. But now this is happening. I'm playing on xbox one.

Weird and annoying
If I remember in my last playthrough, I jump on the boat before me (I think, not sure).
You try to restart the quest "entirely" (so at the beginning, before leaving Kaer Morhen with him) ?
At least, you can try that and send a report to the support for help.
