I'm confused as to what you're discussing here and how this differs from the other thread.

It seems you moved this video to a thread of its own, but I thought this was the video you stated was an example of "texture bugs" originally. (That's why I edited the title.) Here, you make no mention of texture issues at all. Please, explain specifically what you mean by "these phenomena". Are you referring only to the occasional stutters?
