Totally unplayable - about 2fps at lowest possible settings!

Can anyone help me here?
I just tried Witcher 3 on Bootcamp on my iMac i7 3.4GHz and AMD HD6970M and literally, I am getting about 2 fps!
I am trying the lowest possible settings - I am running @ 1024x768 in a window with all post-processing turned off and everything else set to off or low!
It is so bad, that there is clearly something obviously wrong here!
Using 14.301 bootcamp AMD drivers from their site!
Have had no problems with any other game!
Any suggestions?

Don't really know what you mean! I'm not forcing it. I'm running with everything off!
Something is wrong here. Never had a problem with any other game. For example, Witcher 2 runs at 2560x1440 on medium settings with very smooth fps - probably around 40-45.

I would hazard a guess that your gpu is not uptown spec, min requirement is a HD7870, and as you can see from below link your gpu is weaker.

Problem solved! It was a Windows 10 issue. Sorry I didn't mention that. Installed TW3 on 8.1 and everything is perfect. Running smoothly on 1920x1080 with medium settings.
