Unplayable FPS on any settings from ULTRA/high to LOW

I don't overclock, settings are how they were, latest drivers, on steam. Even with everything on low I still lag.

Did you try what I said to?If I dont do that before I begin to play all I do is studder with everything on low.I dont studder at all with that app going.You have to have witcher 3 open when you use the app so you can choose to limit it.

Heads up, I completely reinstalled NVIDIA's drivers and i'm now running about 50 fps in intensive areas on ultra. Thanks to all who gave suggestions :smiling2:
