Viper Venemous Steel Sword NG+ Bug

The Sword seems to be lvl 39 in NG+ while it should be lvl 69.

I can confirm that.
In NG+ you acquire only Viper Venemous Steel Sword (not LEGENDARY Viper Venemous Steel Sword).

I have same bug. Also silver sword is using wrong model.
