Witcher 3 (PS4 GOTY v4.02) - 2x Broken Quests - Scavenger Hunt Wolf School Gear

Playing Witcher 3 (PS4 Game of the Year edition v4.02), in the late game and am finding a couple of the Scavenger Hunts for Wolf School Gear are broken, specifically the chests for the loot listed below are all not showing as lootable when approached. Have reloaded prior saves as well as console - so looks like this might have been caused by a recent patch.

Part 3:

• Steel Sword Upgrade Diagram
• Silver Sword UpgradeDiagram
• Chest Armor Upgrade Diagram

Part 6:

• Gauntlets Upgrade Diagram

Same here, also playing GOTY edition on PS4 v4.02, and in this quest, I can't loot chests which contain an upgrade for the pants and the shoes (part 6 of the quest)
