[XBOX ONE] Camera is twitching when moving pad slowly

Hello!
I have an a problem with my xboxone game W3. When i moving game pad slowly to look around i see some little twitches of camera view - it moves not smooth. I think it is not lags because in fast move i see no problems.
That twitches are veery disturbing. Ive tried to change sensitivity but is does nothing.

I may try to take a video i think

Well known issue, by now. Well, at least in the community, CD Red have not acknowledged this yet. Happens on PS4 and PC as well (although it might only be Digital Downloads that are affected).

Exactly the same stuttering on slow camera movements on PS4 here. It makes the game unplayable for me.
