Is there any way to give for example a character with the Alvin model the ability to use daggers?
 
Yes, you have to edit the desired composite model file (.mdb, for Alvin it's cr_alvin1.mdb) and add a line, next to all the other animationsets:

 animationset c_dggf
The animationset line works with every name of .mda/.mba file the Data/ directory has - this particular line imports the c_dggf.mba animation.As an example - here is a child with the Devourer animation and some custom texturing.
Isn't she just adorable ^^
