Philippa Eilhart Has No Head! (Graphical Dialogue Issue)

I disabled depth of field after taking this screenshot and continue to have the same issue, only seen it happen with philippa.

My specs:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
GPU: Radeon HD6670 (1gb)
CPU: Processor AMD Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor 2100 Mhz
6gb RAM

Been messing around with graphical settings and no luck.

All graphical drivers and game version is up to date, also using the latest version of the Full Combat Overhaul Mod.

Not sure what's causing this so any help is appreciated

Its definitely the FCR 2, I recall that somebody already had this issue with the mod.
It didnt happen during my playthrough though, I used 1.1a version.

I know this was an issue with FCR 2 1.0 but thought Flash fixed that with 1.1 Have you installed 1.1 and 1.1a ?

I installed the 1.1a hotfix but not the 1.1 patch for FCR, I'm gussing that that will fix the issue.

Hmm this is strange, as I recall encountering a similar problem, but it was Sile that lost her head. At least Phillipa got to keep her hair, lol. And this is before FCR came out.
