There is many actors, who can be Dandelion, but my favorite is Jerry O'Connell.

Again i think not many actors are too old to play geralt. Because geralt is supposed to be a mature man. As long as the actor is physically fit he could act as Geralt.

Hell they could have 50 something actor play him.

Well, here's my two cents on the topic again. For the moment, I can think of only 3 actors who could play Geralt.

1. Viggo Mortensen (an obvious choice
2. Daniel Craig (I personally think would fit the roll perfectly) and last but not least...
3. Michael Fassbender (great actor, "neutral" but distinctive look and great voice)

Richard Armitage is my first pick. He has both the physicality and the voice for Geralt, and a long Roman nose. Mikkelsen would be my next pick.
