Bad stuttering in larger cities (PC)
Does anyone elses frames start badly stuttering whenever they are in a large or semi large town or city? I first noticed that my frames kept jumping around from 50-60 in Crow Perch and then when I got to Oxenfurt it was even worse. My frames would jump up and down anywhere from 40-60 which gave me really bad stuttering in the area. I haven't gotten to the big city in Novigrad yet but I imagine it'l be the same.
Normally I run at a pretty solid 60 with very occasional dips into the high 50's so I'm not sure what's causing such a drop in the cities. I've tried turning the settings down and nothing seems to do anything to help stop the stuttering either. Anyone else have this problem?
