Blur and motion blur not working
I turned both blur and motion blur on in the post processing menu, but they never took effect in game except one random time after a cutscene (with Keira Metz in Velen, if that matters at all). After I loaded a save however, the effect was off again, and another cutscene did not bring it back. How do I make them take effect?
My menu setting has everything on ultra, and all other post processing options turned on.
I use 2x GTX 980 SLI, core i5 4970k, 16gb ram. My monitor uses G-sync, if it matters.
Edit: I checked the user.settings file and did not find any lines about blur under the post-processing tag nor anywhere.
