Can't open game after instaling it.... please help

Hi there, I have just load The Witcher on my Pc, but for some reason it only opens halfway and then stop, don't know why, anybody have any sugestions

Just saw in one of the other posts that some of you have a problem with long loading times, might that be my problem as well?? if it is, it realy takes a long time I could actualy read a book in that time if I don't get to impatient, pleae advice

do you have either AVG or Zone alarm installed ?

I have AVG instaled

Remove it and see if it helps, if it does, install avast or bitdefender instead
