Graphics Bug: Black Grids - please help

Hi guys,

i am experiencing a weird graphics glitch. Black grids show up where light sections and dark sections intersect. They are visible in particle effects and when sun or the moon shine on a surface. They randomly show up on NPCs, monsters and the floor. It's super strange.
I have tried reinstalling the entire game, updating to the newest driver (removing the old one clean) and every graphics setting possible. The grids still show up and it's ruining my fun quite a bit, especially when it shows up during important story moments. I have no mods installed.
Please help.

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

It's like some shadows are not smoothed (they appear with large pixels).

So I don't know where it could come from, but anyway, if it's not already done, you can send a report to the support for help ("Contact Us" button).
I don't know which category you have to choose (there is no "visual issues" category as CP77...), so maybe this one... (at least, you can also try to verifying the game files).
