Hard Times Quest Bug

Didn't find in search...

I did everything up to the point where it says to give the letter to the smith in Kaer Trolde but it won't let me do that to any of the smiths there.

Got exactly the same problem, the NPC is just not interactable. Very annoying (I'm on PS4).

No one seems to read or reply posts here however, so I tried searching elsewhere, and saw this thread on steam:

Have yet to try it though, will do later. Hope it works.
