Horse bug with patch 1.21

This problem occurs only on the island of Skellig, it certainly looks very funny, but roach tail disappears!
See below for my shots ...When you move in Wellen, tail back in place!
Settings Hairworks deactivated, activating these settings also no effect

I get this issue in Velen also with no tail. Also no horse main either...just a tuft of hair on in between Roaches ears.
