How to remove the tattoo?

Hello everyone and thank you for viewing this topic.
As you already know it's about the tattoo after the hangover party.
Can it be removed in the first place? (just for general information) Because if so, where i can find the right ingredients in order to remove it?
If it can't be done in the first chapter, then maybe on the second chapter can it be done?

You have to talk to Triss to remove it. After that she will tell you what ingredients you need. You can buy all the ingredients from Anezka in Lobinden.

When you get all the ingredients talk to Triss again (same dialogue) and then ask her to remove it.
