Love’s Cruel Snares glitch

woman wont spawn and I have cleared nearby bandit camps/pirates and mediated for over a week.
has anyone found a fix for this or am I just out of luck, also if there are any quest prerequisites not stated in the wiki lmk
i appreciate any responses I get

From a reddit post 4 years ago:

I figured out Love's Cruel Snares. Make sure you kill all bandits in the peninsula west of the abandoned site and loot all chests. There's a Witcher diagram in one of the chests. I had been there earlier and only killed a few bandits and greyed out the marker by looting one of the chests but I was not very thorough.
