I might not be understanding how to use this mod properly.

I install this and if the grass density is at ultra then camera angle makes things flicker around. If I keep density at 400 then it's too low and it still seems like patchy grass. Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: Okay setting grass to ultra(2400) but also changing ringsize seems to be working without flicker so far.

It's been quite alright for me so far, nothing I'd consider a cost too dear for what it offers. Endorsed.

There was a spot in White Orchard that lowered fps by 20 D: But mostly it runs quite nice and looks great.

Looks great, I tweaked the grass distance to 2.5 and it already hits my fps quite noticeably (2xGTX980). Not sure if I am able to run this mod, but it would be interesting to just swap the vanilla grass to bnw grass. I have not tried this mod yet but this is possible, right? Btw, are you going to replace vanilla grass and foliage in other regions too? Thanks. It is hilarious to see a Chinese dude wrote some mandarin characters in this post.

i have default grass distance, running great on my 970. i dont see how you guys manage to bring it down that much, even with a 2xGTX980! :D

They're probably playing with density above recommended.

It's amazing how much this new grass adds to the atmosphere. CDPR did an unbelievably great job at creating these new assets and you did great work at bringing it to the other regions, @KNGRSM .Oh, and btw, ever since patch 1.21 my game is running much more fluently on my GTX970 with everything on ultra except for foliage visibility, number of background characters, shadows and now, grass density. The amazing thing is that even at medium grass density, these new grass assets look much denser, more lush and just altogether so much improved over default grass. And yet I could not detect any loss in performance versus vanilla grass at ultra density.

Travel to Fayrlund on Ard Skellig and then come back crying. xP

I definitely agree with the rest of your post though.

So the file named KNG_UltraGrass420_DLC_v1.21 has both features (increased grass density and Toussaint grass for base regions) implemented? I mean can you choose whether you want to have both enabled or only one of them?

Yeah mate...just tried this mod Yesterday...runs smooth but on Ard Skellig even my 980Ti sli can't give me a reasonabple playable frame rate (at least at 4K) :D. Great mod tho

How do you guys increase grass rendering distance? In this pics here the field should be covered with grass all the way but instead it's rendering right before me eyes.
