Question For the Girls

+
I would most definitely play as a female in this series, as the women aren't prancing around in their thongs while wearing cast-iron pauldrons and swords weighing 30 kilos...

I'm a lady and I adored playing as Geralt. Still do. He's bad-ass, he looks insanely cool and he's funny as hell, in a quiet, sarcastic sort of way. I don't need to roleplay myself having a go at Geralt to enjoy these games. And, honestly, if CDPR had given me the choice of playing as some random lady instead of the bad-ass witcher I already knew and loved, I would've laughed and picked Geralt every time. Don't really see the point otherwise.

Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

And as dragonbird said on the first page, playing as Geralt allows you to stare at his butt for hours. You know. Just sayin'.

And yes, of course my Geralt sleeps around when nobody's looking. I mean he's basically in a grey zone for the first third, nearly half of the game, before he sets things straight with whatever lady I pick (generally Yen, we'll see when CDPR gets around to fixing Triss' romance ;) ... ) so yeah... Don't see the point of starving the man, especially in Novigrad. I mean, I have to spend all this coin on something, right?

:smiling2:

As a guy, I have to say that Triss wins in the chest department. I also like her as a character more in that she seems to care for others in a way that is not as selfish as Yen. Yen only cares for herself and those closest to her.

I see the nude mods out there, but honestly I think just showing a little skin is far sexier than those mods. For example, I would much rather have a mod where Ciri just didn't have a bra on under that shirt, instead of seeing her nude. I like the tease.

Hi everyone. Thanks for all of your responses and for getting into the subject. : ) I guess for now I'll continue to lust after Geralt and be content with that. lol looking forward to seeing things get naughty in the game, btw. I've never played a game that had sex in it...I have a feeling I might like it. ; )

A tip - if you do find you like it, try TW2. His technique is a little more diverse there. ;)

I hope Witcher "4" is about Ciri. I want a strong rpg with the type of story telling but from a stand point from a woman this time. Like that shit would be nuts.

So... do you ladies like to play Geralt with just only his pants and boots on?

If only there were mods for his boxers too because man they're just awful.

Not personally. I think he looks sexier in armour.
which armor is your favorite? i think my personal favorite is the Nilfgardian DLC armor. say what you want about The Black Ones but those guys make leather look good. even Roach looks fantastic when you put on the full set. :)

btw the DLC armor also gets you inside the House of Respite. you know.. the one near the Nilfgard camp in Velen.

I love that one. Also the Wolf set, but I'd prefer it in black. I plan to mod it sometime...
Temerian and Cat are OK. Griffin makes him look fat. Ursine hides his bum too much. And even though I know a lot of people like Kaer Morhen, I've still always considered it to distort his body shape. Most of the rest look silly. Ahhh, for Raven armour. That DID look good. And the non-hooded DM sets from TW2.

Oh, I also like the outfit while he's fighting Rosa. Really swashbuckling.

Yeah, but I gather there's no monsters or quests in there, so why go in? ;)

I'm starting to think this should be merged in with the "Geralt" thread.

Yeah, the Wolf armor's vest really should be black, it's more Geralt-y and black goes great with his white hair, there's too much Santa Claus about a red vest and white beard. Still hoping for Raven's armor in one of the expansions.

There's nothing sexy about a man running around, leaping, doing pirouettes, while trying desperately to stop a towel from falling round his ankles and leaving him bare-ars.... wait... I may need to rethink this.

Back to topic. Hurriedly. Yes to Milva even though it may not be lore-friendly.

@TH3WITCH3R - maybe. But only as a different game, not as an expansion. I'm hoping CP does something like this, so they could bring what they learn into TW4.

LMAO  ur a naughty one

^ Shhh

Wasn't the Ciri gameplay enough? I think it was more than enough. It felt so enough it was almost "Ciri: The Game". "This is my story Geralt" :sleepy:

My question to the ladies:

Do you play Geralt faithful or do you make him sleep around? And if you make him sleep around, does that make him more attractive? Be honest.

In TW 1, I sent him on a collecting cards frenzy right after he was asked for a ring. In 3 though, I played Geralt faithful (Keira was tempting however) because the tone of the game was different this time. And I can't speak for everyone but no, I don't think sleeping around would make anyone more attractive. Although from some comments I've seen about his ways with women, it seems to me it makes him more attractive (or rather, more admirable) to some men.

As for the OP's question, I can't ever see it within the context of these games of course but maybe it'd be interesting to play a woman in this setting, in another game. Someone like Renfri for example. And if we ever come across Geralt during our adventures, why not?
