I Paid 10 bucks plus 10 for shipping for Monsters/Elves.
Are the others available?
They were an extra in the original Xbox One release of the base game. To date, they've not yet been made otherwise officially available.
I'm guessing and hoping that those become available with Blood And Wine. I bought Monsters and Elves with HoS.
