^ This, after assualting a Nilfgaardian camp for Triss. The Witch Hunters option and their "fortress" was not even up for debate. I think she has been tortured enough throughout the games.
I believe I'd already laid this out. Triss starts in the prologue rather than Vesemir, you discuss the dream with her rather than him. She waits for you in White Orchard while you take care of business. Once Yen turns up, she agrees to meet you in Novigrad. When you meet her again, she - not Geralt - decides to give him the space he (the player) needs to make his mind up on whom he wants to be with - Triss or Yen. If you choose Yen eventually, she accepts the decision with good grace, albeit with a broken heart.
As I've said before, to start the game with Vesemir, after playing through The Witcher 2 is completely nonsensical.
What happens if you use axii on the torturer? I did a sword build so I never got to find out

Yeah, same thing happens with a fight, except that Triss tells you about using Axii in public and Geralt tells her that he couldn't let them torture her because she means too much to him.
Also i want to ask where and when this picture took place, @Anthonior or @Alexey25 (can't remember who )

There should be one more kiss with Triss. If You go to Skellige before Novigrad, there done all possible quests, including "The Last Wish" and say Yen that magic is gone (sad we don't have third option - "sorry Yen, I love, but I love Triss more" - or something like that) and then go to Novigrad.
And if in quest "Count Reuven's Treasure" Geralt uses axii
there need to be first kiss while Menge's house in on fire.

You haven't. That was a bug removed a couple of updates ago. To be locked in you have to tell her you love her.
You should tell her "I love You" to get a lighthouse scene and lock her as romance.
