What's causing menu titles to do this?

Since the patch, and with or without mods, my menu titles look like this:

I was having graphics issues as well but deleting the /bin folder and verifying seems (touch wood) to have resolved that...

I also noticed the same issue after downloading the patch.

It's only the preset names on the Graphics and Post-processing game option menu's, as far as I can see. Not all of them.

It looks like a simple coding error.
