Where is the griffin?

Where is the griffin?

So I went around to gather some things and regain health. Now I try to go back to the griffin to kill it at the windmill and it's gone.

I've tried everything possible even uninstalling a reinstalling. I could delete my progress and start over, but do not really want to do that. Especially because I went around and gathered quite a bit.

Please Help! TIA Everyone.

Hmm, restart griffin fight is recommended I guess.... if he disappeared, there no way to make him reappear, in my gameplay I accidentally killed him while he flying and can't complete quest because his corpse is disappear lol so I go restart the whole fight and do it right this time.

Better not leaving during important fight or you might broke it unintentionally.

Griffin is not hard if you are not too low level.

This happened to a friend of mine, just load an earlier save there should be a checkpoint before the fight as well. As a general rule of thumb if I can't do a fight for a contract or story mission I always reload and come back later instead of leaving the area.
