Please can they look into why characters can still walk through objects especially Jackie.
Most of the characters motions in "cinematics" are on rails. They move to their marks regardless of what's in the way. If they're driving they will push whatever's in the way with an unstoppable force and if they're on foot they will phase through it instead.

one more bug I've noticed is that there is no longer any audio to accompany the animation for forcing a door or a window open.

is nice that you found that and pasted in here. But we need to raise the voice to them. maybe they never see this topic.

You can go and write a ticket in game problems. I send mine.
Technically, I was taking notes with pen and paper while playing and then typed them here.

I'm aware of sending bug reports but.... what comes to non in-game items that cannot be picked up by player for example, on Xbox at least there are no way to give exact coordinates. There are far more items including weapons than those mentioned in my post but there are practical issues for reporting them and then, while I like doing my part, I'm not their Q&A.

That said, there's something I'm going to report and post here once I'm sure. One car mentioned in patch notes, they might have fixed the wrong issue. Real life counterpart for car brand appears to be Cadillac which went front-wheel drive back at 1967 with that year Eldorado. Need to dig a bit more about that though.
 
Little info :
On xbox you can share a save with CDPR.
You have to keep the save where the bug is (you can save simply in front of the bug for example), don't overwrite it obviously (continuing to play on another save).
In the bug report, in addition to screenshots, you write the details of the save (date/time, number) and your GamerTag. CDPR should be able to retrieve it from Xbox Live ;)
 
As noted here, I just ran into a game-breaking bug in The Pickup, despite being on 1.3 (this is a new playthrough started on 1.3). After the bossfight with a couple of Militech mechs and some grunts in the final room, the door to exit the building does not open. Jackie tells me to go meet him by the gate, and he clips through the door but I'm trapped in the building.

I have checked I've not left any Militech guys alive (been all the way, thoroughly through the area, including 1st floor walkways) and it's all clear. I'm now stuck and looking to reload from a save/repeat that bossfight because that playthrough is now completely dead-ended now I'm stuck in AllFoods and can't leave/advance the game.

You can report it obviously (no mods) ;)
But yes, restart the boss fight could be an "easy" solution.
Or if it does work, maybe try the other options (if you have a save and if you really want continuing to play).
-Don't betray Militech, kill Royce and save Brick.
 
I always played with the option "slow hdd mode=on" , because with this option enabled, I gain a lot more fps, after patch 1.3, with this option enabled, when I'm driving the car, some buildings don't load...

I've been locked out of a clothing store, two cops spawn near it and every time I drive near it I automatically get a wanted level. Also happens near the trauma team HQ. Most annoying bug as of yet because I cannot avoid it.

There seem to be police spawned there permanently in an alerted state, making me automatically go into combat and die.

Tested it by stopping in the middle of the street and slowly walking toward them while quicksaving. At some point I just get tagged automatically.

I'll see if I can do some more testing with difficulty levels / loading restarted the game and seeing if that changes anything before I submit a report.

Last edit: It seems to be entirely isolated to TT HQ. There are police walking around there on some sort of patrol and as soon as they appear in render distance my wanted level pops. This often seems to "infect" the officers on the corner locking you out of the store nearby.

this patch cause me troubles:

-"vasyan loading complete" video-glitch during the fights or even after a save load

-fosteps audio that often desappear and never turn back unless I reload a save

-glitch releated to the "bloom" effect (overbrigth)

Any new update bring bugs when it should be the opposite. Plus they've nerfed ping quickhack, now using it will alerts the enemies ruining the sneak approach (ok, not a bug in this case, but is a senseless choice considering that the sneak approach is the main use of this hack, now becamed a signal rocket for the enemies!)

This game will never ever work well. I'm done. over 8 months and it still seems an alfa version with the "plus" of downgraded graphics.

Are you never used Mods by chance ? (now or in a previous version of the game).

After completing the gig "Going Up or Down", the game is stuck since the game considers the phone call from Padre as still active. I can't use the phone to activate new missions and other problems. Any tips?

Yeah, thanks, I'm aware of the other options in that mission. That's pretty much the path I took through it in my first playthrough. This second playthrough I intentionally wanted to make different choices in missions. Seems (through searching around the web) that this path through The Pickup is more liable to be bugged than the one I used in my 1st playthrough :(

I talk about "this solution" only if you really want to play (and not waiting an answer from CDPR Support and/or a patch).
If you are like me, whatever, I change my initial "choice", as long as it allows me to continue right away.

I don't know which mod is the cause in the other thread, but a mod can cause bugs totally different from their original "function".
Anyway, it's useless to report these bugs, if you're using mods :(

The "phone icon" is disabled ? (in red).
If you have a save, just before entering in the building, keep it (if it's an auto-save, reload it and manually save here).
 
I've edit the post above (4k skin for V). Anyway, I honestly doubt that the handling mod or a texture pack can mute the footsteps audio or cause the "vasyan loading complete" glitch but I will try to unistall this few mods and see what happen, it cost me nothing :)
 
Also I killed an NPC on one side of the main home building yet NPC were crouching in fear all the way down to the bottom level of the building
Dosnt have to be that serious, I quickhack one of the vendor machines and everyone runs around screaming or goes into perma crouch.

NPC's went crazy all the way down to Viktors, the high level nettrunner outside clinic agro on me and Jackie walked straight through my flying car.
This is the beginning of the main story, I fear this game got a long way to go yet.

I doubt it was a mod related to the "sounds" in the other thread (otherwise I think he would have understood right away and not bother to post).
I also read, mods can "leave" datas in save files or modifying some option files (like option.json like here). It could be difficult to know even if you "simply" remove/disable all the mods.

And for the "vasyan loading complete" glitch, it's the progress bar before been located by enemies ?
If yes, I had this bug in the past (many times), but never once in 1.3 and maybe not in 1.23 (and I had already seen a lot of these progress bar in 1.3. CDPR have greatly increased the chance to be located when you use an offensive QH).
 
Anyone know why guns suddenly reload in slow motion?
Not tested personaly, but it seem to be related to perks who decrease the reload time of weapon (in Anihilation/Assault/Handgun skill).
If you want to avoid that problem for now :
- Not sure, but reset your perk points, save&reload and and reassign them, "may" solve it.
- Or directly reset your perk points and don't activate these perks.
