I have two bugs, both might or might not be old hat, but one is gamebreaking and one is incredibly annoying:

First, in the Gig: Olive Branch, the car is not there. Not under the grate, it's just not there. Reverting to a save before the phonecall did not help.

Second: The Ground texture is bugged in basically the entire eastern half of Charter Hills and going north nearly all the way to the Columbarium. Basically the texture of desert is loading and hovering over the streets in parts, making navigation really difficult. I did not check how far east this stretches, as this is my first playthrough and I haven't visited the Badlands yet.

I play on PC, Patch 1.31.

For both it's weird never see that since day one :(
Especially on the second screenshot, it's a street where we drive almost each time you have to go in the Badlands.

So you can follow the steps provide by CDPR at first

And if you don't use mods, if nothing work and if it's not already done, you can send a report to CDPR Support (Contact Us button) with DxDiag and a save if possible.
(One for each).
 
Alright, submitted two tickets. Just for transparency here, I do use CET (for console access, in my experience uit helps to keep that door open to fix broken things on the fly but so far I only used it for a handful of extra attribute points to explore some stuff), but nothing else, and as far as I know CET does not alter gameplay. Also I only installed it after encountering the second issue (the visual glitch) so it is not related.

I just hope the quest thingy does not fall back to "start a new game" because this is my first save and I put in over 50 hours in the past week. Losing that to a bug would honestly break my desire to keep going.

On that note, I keep the save just before the phone call just in case, so maybe I have an extra safety net?

it's the problem with mods sometimes (or at least when there is no official mod support in game). So obviously, CDPR can't fix some things who are not on their side.
 
Currently 1/4 way through a new playthrough, not sure if these have already been mentioned here but here's what I've got so far. As usual I am on PS4 with an SSD.

Piercings in character creation are misaligned, depending on the preset (ears, nose, etc.) chosen. For example ears #1 allows earrings to be placed correctly whereas ears #9 do not, the same goes for nose rings and studs.

Gang members in scanner hustles and reported crime activities aggo before I arrive (before I leave my car, even) even if I'm well out of sight range. There are a few in Watson where they're all the way around the corner and every Tiger Claw in the area knows I'm there before I've done anything.

Gang members detection is all weird again, back to first hotfix levels it seems - jank stuff like a gangers sight alert icon filling whilst they have their back to me.

NCPD completely busted again, I get wanted stars for minding my own business and driving my car around (obeying all of the traffic laws), and police I "save" in crime in progress events aggro to me after I help defeat hostile gangers, even though I was 100% sure I did not hit the police at all. Yesterday I just loaded up my game which I had left in the parking lot of building H10 and boom, wanted level.

Grey meshes on V's shoulders and collarbone whilst wearing vests and tank tops still persist.

Weird, random physics traps in the road. Just randomly being launched into the air in my car, seeing a loading screen, then when I'm back my car is a crumpled, smoking wreck.

That's about it for now, there are probably smaller, less serious bugs but will update with more as I find the serious ones.

On a positive note, the patch fixed some things that have been busted for me from day one; the hotwire coupling in the Nomad intro moves! previously the animation left a static clone of the moved plug and Judy's "Slow deep breaths" line after viewing the Raw BD in The Information now plays.

edit: some more:

Gang members discovering bodies or becoming aware of my presence on 100% perfect stealth (hidden bodies, no cameras, no sight lines etc)

Lighting still messy in places, like too dark in some, too light in others. Bloom effect when driving seems worse? On the plus side I can now see Shaitan when Johnny gets into the helicopter in his first flashback.

Audio: radio/car engine too quiet, NPC dialogue at times too - this was introduced with a previous patch and hasn't ever gone back.

Vendors having €$0 even though I have never bought or sold anything to them before.

On the screenshot, normally, you don't have to answer it's automatic (and it's not for "talk" directly, it's like with River or Panam in their quests, it's to have a "audio link").
When you arrive what it happen exactly ?

I have the Rare version of Memory Boost and the Forget-me-Not perk, so I should be restoring 4 RAM every time I defeat an enemy. But I consistently get 0 RAM when I defeat an enemy with System Reset, and only 1 from defeating them with the poison from Contagion. I do get 3 back from killing with Short Circuit, but I should be getting 4.

I'm still testing what does and does not work. But the fact that both of my primary quickhacks don't restore the right amount of RAM on kill is... frustrating to say the least.

I have just try on Tygers, who have high QH resistance (high RAM cost)
  • Memory Boost - It provide 3 RAM points on Cyberdeck by defeating an enemy (whatever how : gun, by hand, katana, grenade, QH...).
  • Perk - Defeating an enemy under a QH effect provide 1 RAM point. Whatever the effect : Ping, Optic Reboot, Cyberware Malfunction, Weapon Glitch,... It's very important, the target must be under another QH effect than the one who kill/knockout him and always affected when he is killed/knockout.
So on my side, there is only System Reset who don't work with Memory Boost. But it work with the perk, because if the target is/was under a QH effect like simply Ping, I retrieve one RAM (So bug/intended, I don't know).
But for all other offensive QHs (Short Circuit, Overheat, Contagion or Synapse Burnout) I retrieve 3 RAM if they are not under a QH effect (due to Memory Boost) and 4 RAM if they are affected simply by Ping (due to Memory Boost and the perk).

So on my side, except System reset who don't work with Memory Boost, it work fine.

Maybe a bug that you have to report to CDPR Support (if you don't use mods).

Weird, normally I think she call you after the two dialogue lines (one blue and one yellow). And after the "auto-answer", it's you a line who V say "(get out) - All right, I'm going" and V get out.

So can you try to reload a previous auto save if possible ?
Anyway, if you don't use mods, you can report it to CDPR Support with a save and DxDiag if you're on PC.

There is a weird little bug with Mantis Blades on my side, I don't know if anyone already have notice that (I only use them for aesthetic).
While crouching with Mantis Blades (sometimes, not always), the arms change poses and it appear a little bit buggy (mostly with the right hand).

Just saw this today. Must have been animations fail to get removed after the kill.

I already have see that sometimes :)
I think it's when I kill a dude at one "specific" moment. I remember, for example, a maelstromer that I killed (head shot) exactly when it was stepping over a barrier. His head flew, but the body continued as if nothing had happened. And it was considered as dead on the map and lootable.

Back to my Overture thing, I just struck over 1M damage.
Tho, the listed damage is still at 825.1 DPS, 357-436 damage per attack.

PC. I've done it twice to be sure. When you load last autosave before underwater city (while moving down), Some Judy's assets won' t load. You really have to be "special" to reload save there, so maybe not many had this bug.

I did it this night and save/quit after :D
So this exact auto-save could be available, so I will try if I also have the same bug ;)

I’m impressed by the visual aesthetics of Cyberpunk 2077 and spent a lot of time just walking around the city and exploring its streets. Here is a list of visual problems that I encountered during the game. I focused my attention on minor bugs and glitches in the visual component of the game, so gameplay, balance, and quest problems are not presented here. I hope this feedback will help make an already great game even better.
